Arrive IGI Airport New Delhi. Our representative will warmly receive and drive you to our hotel in the city. An ac car with an English-speaking driver will be at your disposal all day to show you the beautiful attractions of New Delhi and Old Delhi. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast we will drive you to the airport to board your flight to the cultural city of Lucknow. Check-into our hotel. Enjoy a walking tour of the city with our local guide. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform yoga and meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra Return to your hotel for healthful breakfast. 9:15 AM - 12:00 AM Drive to the famous Bhatkande Music Institute for initiation into classical Indian instruments and vocal music. Return to the hotel. Enjoy a 60-minute Ayurvedic massage. Lunch and siesta. Take a walking tour of the old bazaars of Lucknow. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform yoga and meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra Return to your hotel for healthful breakfast. 9:15 AM - 12:00 AM Drive to Bhatkande Music Institute to learn the nuances of classical Indian instruments and vocal music. Return to the hotel. Enjoy a swim. Take your lunch. Late afternoon visit the heritage Rumi Darwaja, 18th-century Bara Imambara and Bhool Bhulbulaiya and Hazratganj. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform yoga and meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra Return to your hotel for healthful breakfast. 9:15 AM - 12 AM Drive to Bhatkande Music Institute to learn when a particular "raag" is sung - morning, evening and night. Recite the raags. Try to use the instrument. Take guidance from the teachers. Return to the hotel. Enjoy a swim, read a book. After lunch visit the famous National Botanical Garden. Meet the director who will take you around this sprawling and beautifully place. See an Indian dance & music Bollywood film in a movie hall. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform your yoga & meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra. 9:15 - 12 AM Drive to a prestigious centre that teaches Kathak and Bharat Natyam - India's finest classical dances. Learn the nuances of these dances. Enjoy lunch at a famous restaurant of Lucknow. Take an excursion to the Nawabganj Bird Sanctuary - home to birds that converge and migrate from Siberia and lower Himalayas. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform your yoga & meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra 9:15 - 12 AM Learn Kathak and Bharat Natyam dances from the teachers. Return to your hotel for a swim. After lunch take an excursion to Dewa Sharif, a beautiful shrine in the neighbouring district of Barabanki. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Perform your yoga & meditation at your hotel. After an early breakfast leave for Ayodhya - 2 hours' drive - the place where Lord Ram was born. A city most sacred to Hindus and other communities. Check into your hotel. A beautiful and imposing temple dedicated to Lord Ram has been constructed recently. Millions of people from India and the world visit Ayodhya for prayers. Visit also Hanuman Garhi Mandir, Sita-ki-Rasoi, Sarya Ghat, Tomb of Bahu Begum, Tulsi Smarak and Guptar Ghat. Return to Lucknow late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform your yoga & meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra Return to your hotel for breakfast. Leave for Shravasti a town famous for the ruins of Buddhist and Jain temples. Enjoy lunch at Shravasti. Return to your hotel in Lucknow. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Perform your yoga and meditation at Prayag Arogyam Kendra After breakfast visit the home of Kamla to learn cooking of Lucknow's famed mutton kababs mutton biryani, rogan josh and rice pudding. Enjoy lunch. Return to your hotel for a swim. Enjoy a 60-minute Ayurvedic massage. Take a walking tour of food streets. Dinner at a well-known restaurant of Lucknow. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast leave for the airport to board your flight to New Delhi. Change over to the IGI International Airport to fly out overseas. Alternatively we will arrange a hotel for you if your flight is late or on the next day. Transport for you is complimentary.
